1.  Lack of sleep - Lack of sleep can cause or trigger one's anxiety as it affects a person's mind and gives uneasiness.

2. Trauma - Trauma can trigger a person's anxiety as it is a disturbance in a person's mind.

3. Career stress - Career stress can trigger anxiety because of the mixed emotion a worker could feel. The mind weakens as the time passes by and the pressure will increase.

4. Medications - Medications can trigger anxiety because undergoing medications makes changes in your body where your mind reacts to the changes that would come up to anxiety.

5. Drama - Drama can trigger anxiety when a person allows his/her emotions to take over.

6. Alcohol - Drinking alcohol triggers anxiety because it boosts a person's emotions if a person reached or surpassed his/her tolerance in alcohol.

7. Lack of exercise - Lack of exercise can trigger anxiety because exercise is like a break time for the mind to let out all the stress that it bears.

8. Financial stress - Financial Stress is the most common trigger of anxiety where a person overthinks about his/her financial standing and starts to freak out or find solution for it.

9. Relationship problems - Relationship problems can trigger anxiety as it weakens a person's mind. A person may feel extreme sadness or rage but all he/she can do is think about it.
