IDENTIFYING A PERSON WHO STRUGGLES WITH MENTAL CRISIS

Mental health issues have become a worldwide phenomenon. Many people have been affected by it and have lost loved ones as a result of an untreated condition. Some people have taken their own lives due to mental health issues. Knowing if someone has a mental health condition is crucial because that person could be one of our friends or, worse, a member of our family.

Here are some indicators that someone is dealing with mental health issues:

1. Mood changes. A person is having mental health problem if he/she is having a mood swing or the mood changes rapidly because they are irritated. They cannot comprehend a simple joke and get angry easily.

2. Negative Thinking. If a person is a negative thinker, he or she is more likely to have a mental health condition since they do not see the bright side of everything and frequently lose hope.

3. Uncheerful. Cheerfulness is a sign of a strong mentality in life. Without it, a person may develop a mental health condition as a result of their inability to find satisfaction in all they do.

4. Indispose on what they love to do. If a person stops loving what they used to do, they have a mental health problem.

5. Suicidal Thinking. If a person thinks suicide, they are very likely to have a mental health problem. There will be no hope for tomorrow in their minds, and they may as well kill their precious life.
